Christmas Wagyu Steak Bar –
Rydal Lodge
Celebrate Christmas with a difference at Rydal Lodge! From 14–28 December 2026, enjoy a relaxed, interactive Wagyu steak experience, cooking delicious cuts of beef just how you like them at your table. Christmas lunches and dinners are available for groups of 4–12, with a special three-course menu at £80 per person on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day.
Starter
Prosciutto, burrata and grapes roasted in balsamic vinegar, served with leaves and ciabatta.
Main Course — Three-Cut Steak Experience
Traditional sirloin (80g), British Wagyu sirloin (80g) and British Wagyu ribeye (80g).
Cook your steak just how you like it at your table. Served with chips, homemade coleslaw and a selection of dipping sauces.
Dessert — Your Choice
Sticky Toffee Pudding, Crème Brûlée or Lemon Posset.
£80 per person — Three courses, including VAT.
Wagyu beef is renowned for its exceptional marbling — the fine threads of fat running through the meat that create remarkable tenderness, richness and flavour.

Lunch and dinner sittings are available daily, subject to availability. Advance booking is essential.
Bring your own wine, beer or cider. Corkage is £8 per 750ml bottle of wine and 50p per bottle or can of beer or cider (up to 500ml).
